If you have any complaints about our service or any Goods or Services you purchase
from us, please contact us by email to contact@ or write to
us via Mail.PO Box 1714 Quinlan, TX 75474.
We will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days, and keep you informed
throughout the process including the time it will take to resolve the complaint.
Purchasing Goods and
Services
All prices and offers
are subject to change and availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We
reserve the right to change any advertised price at anytime from stated on the
website. Prices are checked regularly however if we find the price has changed
when we receive your order we will inform you and ask if you wish to proceed.
If for any reason Goods or service ordered are not available you will be offered
an alternative.
We cannot be held liable whatsoever if we are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any Goods or Services by any reason or cause beyond our control.
We will accept responsibility if any work carried out by us and/or any component supplied and fitted by us is determined to have been the cause of any subsequent failure.
In the unlikely event that you experience a fault with any equipment supplied serviced or repaired by us, our engineer, on request, will check the equipment. You the customer agree to pay our normal service charge if no fault is found or a fault is unrelated to any servicing or repair carried out
REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
Returned equipment must be in "as new condition" and complete with ALL accessories as supplied and where possible the original box and packaging.
PLEASE NOTE: Unless faulty, any computer software once opened and registered into the system with the license key is NOT refundable.
Payment Methods
All our charges are in units of one hour for the first hour and subsequent half hourly rate.
Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed by ECT
Services.
We accept payment by cash, check or Credit cards through PayPal.com. Checks should make payable to ECT Services.
Limits of liability
ECT Services will not be liable for any claims, penalties, loss, injuries,
damages or expenses arising from the service or the use or the inability to
use the system or from any unauthorized access or alteration to the IT system
[by a third party]. Customers should perform a system backup before a visit
by an engineer. ECT Services are not liable for any data lost. We will
try our best to ensure all data are backup for the customer as required as an
extra service. However, this is mainly up to the customer to carry out a regular
backup of all data to prevent any data loss. ECT Service will not specifically
be responsible for any crashes, losses, claims, penalties, damages, or expenses
from the installing of additional programs by the customer or a third party
after the visit. Telephone & Email support is strictly provided over the
telephone or email. Any further support provided as an telephone or email support
call would not result in an on-site callout, unless Customers have agreed to
the on-site charges in advance.

ANY ADVISE OR COMMUNICATION GIVEN BY ECT SERVICE IS PROVIDED BY ECT
SERVICES ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS. ECT SERVICES MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS
OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF ADVICE
OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON ANY COMMUNICATION,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EMAIL, TELEPHONE, FAX, VERBAL, OR OTHERWISE. TO
THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, ECT SERVICES DISCLAIMS
ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ECT SERVICES
WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING AS THE RESULT OF COMMUNICATION
BETWEEN ECT SERVICE AND THERE CLIENT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT,
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
